About us

KESTURI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ekovest Berhad, was incorporated in Malaysia on 15th February 2001 for the sole purpose of designing, constructing, operating, managing, and maintaining the Duta Ulu-Kelang Expressway (DUKE).

We want to build better, safer highway infrastructure for the motoring public and to improve connectivity of Kuala Lumpur city road network, reduce travelling time and provide a pleasant, uninterrupted journey.
